The Spare Parts Specialist is a pivotal member of the Aftermarket team. This is front facing role, where you will regularly interact directly with customers daily. Managing the responsibility of effectively handling multiple customer accounts with exceptional people skills and attentiveness. The Spare Parts Specialist maintains strong relationships with our customer as they handle aftermarket parts orders, from PO awarded through to delivery. In this role, they quickly resolve concerns affecting customer orders ensuring that PAR Systems continues to deliver excellent product and customer satisfaction. Are you ready to make it happen? As the Spare Parts Specialist you will work with Quality, Engineering, Material Handling, Supply Chain and Production teams to monitor order progress, problem solve, and make sure that customers' orders are completed on time.
