About The Position

Join our dynamic Siemens Energy TI Compression EU&AF Service Team as a Spare Parts Proposals Coordinator for Italy, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Oil & Gas, chemical, and industrial sectors. You'll engage directly with customers, manage spare parts inquiries, and ensure they receive timely, accurate quotations. Every day, you'll collaborate with internal teams, oversee the entire sales cycle, and champion exceptional customer service. You'll join the Siemens Energy TI Compression EU&AF Service Team, a group of dedicated professionals focused on delivering outstanding service to customers in the Oil & Gas, chemical, and industrial sectors. The team's mission is to ensure customers receive the right spare parts at the right time, supporting critical operations across Europe and Africa. You'll work closely with Product Competence Centers, logistics, and sales colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are encouraged. Requirements

Experience in sales coordination or support for technical products or projects, ideally within industrial or technical spare parts
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Fluency in Italian and advanced English proficiency are essential.
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage customer spare parts quotations, responding quickly to inquiries about pricing and delivery timelines
Coordinate with Siemens Energy Product Competence Centers to ensure timely and accurate quote issuance
Monitor and follow up on customer inquiries, deliveries, and after-sales issues to guarantee satisfaction
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth processes
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through proactive, transparent communication
