About The Position

As a Spare Parts Coordinator at Valmet, you will serve as the customer contact for assigned accounts and will be responsible for order processing and delivery follow-up for Parts and Consumables. Generate quotes and process orders for standard OEM parts, consumables, field services, and minor upgrades Acknowledge customer orders, provide order status, and other related information Provide office back-up for Product Managers when needed to include researching machine components, establishing pricing, and quoting to the customer. Requirements

• Associate’s degree from a two-year college or related field or 1 to 3 years customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
