About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) credentials/qualifications, or willingness to be trained to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of procedures performed by a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Must be able to pass a criminal history check and a drug screening
• Must be willing to clock in and out using electronic verification systems
• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• TB/PPD
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid Auto Insurance

Nice To Haves

• 6+ months experience working in a healthcare facility or home care is preferred

Responsibilities

• Personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping
• Participates in recreational/social activities
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report client health and safety issues, observes and documents client's behavior
• May accompany clients to appointments
