About The Position

We are seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as home care caregivers. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a criminal history check and a drug screening
• Willingness to clock in and out using electronic verification systems
• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• TB/PPD
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid Auto Insurance
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) credential OR willingness to be trained
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of procedures performed by a Certified Nursing Assistant OR willingness to be trained

Nice To Haves

• 6+ months experience working in a healthcare facility or home care

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Participate in recreational/social activities
• Provide medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report client health and safety issues, observe and document client's behavior
• Accompany clients to appointments
