Space Segment Program Integrator, Mid
About The Position
This opportunity is for a Program Integrator to support pre- and post-award Department of War (DoW) contracts, specifically in acquisition, contracting, and financial management. The role involves working closely with DoW clients to aid in the acquisition of capabilities for warfighter mission objectives. The Program Integrator will join a team of experts at Booz Allen, collaborating with colleagues and government clients from various DoW and other government agencies to architect and develop large-scale space and ground systems. Key aspects include helping the DoW manage technical baselines according to cost, schedule, and performance constraints, mitigating program risks, identifying opportunities, and providing meaningful acquisition support by building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and obtaining consensus.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience executing program management for Department of War (DoW) Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM)
- 5+ years of experience leading projects that require cross-functional integration across internal and external program stakeholders
- Experience removing barriers to accomplishing program milestones
- Experience identifying risks and opportunities and executing and managing risk mitigation activities
- Experience with configuration management (CM) and data management (DM) products
- Experience with developing products that enable program execution and program oversight
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree

- Experience with Space Systems Command (SSC) acquisitions
- Experience with award and incentive fee management
- Experience with integration and management of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Government Furnished Information (GFI)
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
- Master's degree
