About The Position

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to support the implementation and ongoing management of a space reservation system. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, facilities teams, and IT departments to ensure accurate workspace data, system functionality, and end-user adoption.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in space reservation systems or room booking platforms (data entry, configuration, troubleshooting)
  • Strong ability to read and interpret floorplans, including file conversions and workspace numbering standards
  • Proven experience with data management , ensuring accuracy and consistency of workspace and user information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Experience conducting workspace assessments and coordinating with multiple departments
  • Ability to train and support end users effectively
  • Familiarity with equipment inventory and asset tracking processes
  • Technical aptitude for installing and configuring room scheduling panels
  • Basic project management skills to support system implementation and improvements

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document workspace information from agency leads and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with facilities and real estate teams to obtain and review floorplans
  • Perform file conversions and apply room/workspace numbering and naming standards
  • Input floorplans and workspace data into the space reservation system
  • Conduct assessments of shared and reservable spaces with internal teams
  • Maintain and update agency, group, and user data within the system
  • Train end users on system functionality and best practices
  • Partner with Telecom, Video Conferencing, and Desktop Support teams to ensure system readiness
  • Maintain equipment inventory and asset tracking for shared spaces
  • Install, configure, and program room scheduling panels
  • Support system implementation and enhancements through project coordination
