This is technical and administrative coordination work supporting the implementation and ongoing management of a workspace reservation system across Commonwealth agencies. The Workspace & Reservation Systems Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate workspace data, supporting system configuration, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective space utilization and reservation processes. This position works closely with the Department of General Services (DGS), agency stakeholders, and IT teams to support space planning initiatives and improve the usability and accuracy of shared workspace systems.
