About The Position

Space Force MUOS Integration & Test Manager Duties & Responsibilities Lead all integration and test engineering efforts for the MUOS program, including planning, execution, and delivery Manage schedules, budgets, and resources; identify and mitigate program risks Serve as primary liaison between project management, engineering teams, and Space Force customers Drive process compliance, continuous improvement, and organizational training Lead and develop a team of engineers; oversee performance reviews, merit planning, and staffing Support proposal development and technical/teaming strategy Communicate regularly with customers, suppliers, and internal leadership

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant supervisory experience, or a Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Department of Defense SECRET security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a SECRET clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EV), SPI/CPI, and Cost Account Management (CAM)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs
  • Experience driving engineering process and tool improvements
  • Recognized subject matter expert in integration and test disciplines
  • Ability to recruit, retain, and develop high-performing teams
  • Travel may be required
  • Security clearance required
