About The Position

The Spa & Wellness Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Spa with the day-to-day operations of the Spa, Salon, Fitness, Tennis, and Retail departments including staffing, standards training, guest service delivery, retail promotions and events, problem resolution, financial reporting, and maintaining supplies and equipment.

Requirements

• previous management skills
• strong business acumen
• strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills

• bachelor degree preferred or similar level of experience in a related field or equivalent experience
