About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Great Hills (North Austin) is hiring an Assistant Spa Manager. This role works closely with our Spa Associates at the front desk—answering phones, booking appointments, greeting guests, and selling memberships and spa packages. The Assistant Manager also helps keep daily operations running smoothly by supporting schedules, maintaining supplies, and assisting guests and service providers as needed. Requirements

  • Retail management and sales experience
  • Genuine passion for people, service, and sales
  • High energy and a positive approach to leadership
  • Strong organizational, planning, and computer skills
  • Flexible availability: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of spa services and product lines
  • Ability to balance coaching with corrective action when needed

Nice To Haves

  • Membership sales experience is a strong plus
  • Experience with booking systems is helpful

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the daily operations of a high-volume spa
  • Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
  • Coach and develop a team while also taking direction from the Spa Manager
  • Promote the benefits of massage and skincare services
