Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in driving sales of treatments, packages, and skincare products.
  • Upsell and cross-sell effectively to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Manage and motivate a team including Sales Supervisors, Nurse Practitioners, and Front Desk staff.
  • Ensure your team meets daily and individual sales quotas.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide feedback to improve outcomes.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services to confidently recommend options to clients.
