Requirements

Current Washington State Massage Therapy License (required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

Previous spa or massage therapy experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform professional massage therapy sessions, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and other specialized techniques based on certification and training
Assess clients’ needs and preferences prior to each session and customize treatments accordingly
Maintain accurate, confidential client records, including treatment notes and relevant medical history
Educate clients on post-massage care, stretching techniques, and overall wellness recommendations
Ensure strict adherence to all state and local licensing requirements, as well as company policies and procedures
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment before and after each session
Collaborate with other spa and wellness professionals to support a holistic approach to guest care
Promote additional spa services, retail products, or memberships when appropriate
