Commissions Analyst
About The Position
Manage the full lifecycle of distributor commission processes from start to finish. Support the forecasting of commission receivables to aid in financial planning and cash flow management. Ensure all commission activities comply with Emerson’s established guidelines and standards. Accurately process and record commission bookings in accordance with company policies. Track commission earnings and perform reconciliations between calculated amounts and payments issued. Analyze sales data and commission calculations to verify accuracy and maintain clean financial records. Partner with Experitec Sales teams and Emerson counterparts to resolve discrepancies and enhance commission-related workflows. Maintain organized documentation, monitor workflow efficiency, and recommend continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience navigating ERP systems
