Family Services' Counseling Clinic is seeking a full-time licensed Therapist or Therapist-in-Training to join our team who will serve clients in our Green Bay clinic location. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive assessments by collecting all information outlined in the program's Biopsychosocial Assessment Form, providing and updating diagnostic impressions based on information collected from the assessments, developing treatment plans by establishing treatment goals with the client and obtaining client/parent's signatures on treatment plan, and implementing treatment by providing psychotherapy in accordance with the diagnosis and treatment plan. Requirements

  • Education: Required: Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or other closely related mental health discipline.
  • Licensure Requirements: Wisconsin state certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Counselor In-Training (LPC-IT) or Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker (CAPSW) licensure
  • Must be eligible for Medical Assistance, Medicare (if applicable) and other third-party reimbursement.
  • Willingness to work some evening hours are required.
  • Maintain eligibility to practice and active status with your licensing board through the State of Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing.
  • Maintain eligibility for reimbursement from Medicaid, Medicare (if applicable) or other insurance panels.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
