Spa Specialist
About The Position
Our Spa Specialists play an important role in support of a number of vital Spa functions at our hotels, working to build a memorable and unique guest experience. They take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their experience. Critical to success in this role are creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication. Spa Specialists are expected to be on their feet and moving around for extended periods, manage reservation software, and take a hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
- Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
- Ability to manage reservation software (read and visually verify information)
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 25 pounds with assistance
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
