Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft windows and Zenoti (will train)
- Able to communicate effectively with team members as well as clients
- Ability to multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest experience
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
- Sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
- Answer phones and accurately schedule appointments
- Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage and facial therapy
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
- Promote a positive, energetic atmosphere
- Perform various other duties as assigned
