About The Position
Join our team at Nirvana, an award-winning spa known for delivering exceptional service and a luxurious experience. We’re currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist who brings professionalism, warmth, and a strong customer-service mindset. About the Role: As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for their entire visit. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, processing payments, and supporting the smooth daily operations of the front desk.
Requirements
- Previous experience working at a spa, salon, or medspa is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using spa scheduling software, experience with Boulevard is a plus
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
