About The Position
Join our serene coastal retreat and become part of a dedicated spa team focused on relaxation, wellness, and exceptional guest experiences. Sounds of the Sea Spa is looking for a receptionist with strong customer service and computer skills. Weekend availability is required. Some salon or spa experience a plus. Primary Function This position provides exceptional guest service to guests of Sounds of the Sea Spa while building guest loyalty. The Spa Receptionist greets and checks in Spa guests for their services, answer phones and books reservations. Actively sell and orient guests, promote and up-sell all aspects of The Madison Beach Hotel to all guests. Handle guest concerns with diplomacy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Exceptional guest service skills and strong computer skills required.
- Ability to sell and cross sell to enhance the guest experience is required.
- Flexibility in working schedule which includes weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Prior hospitality and customer service experience preferred.
- Some salon or spa experience a plus.
