Spa Receptionist - MGM Grand

As a Spa Receptionist at MGM Grand, you’ll be the first point of connection in a journey of relaxation and luxury. Requirements
- 1+ years of prior relevant experience in guest service is preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department
- Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff
- Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary
- Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and looks neat for all incoming guests
