About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Spa Manager to oversee daily spa operations and deliver an exceptional wellness experience for our members and guests. This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in spa or hospitality management, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Strong leadership, team development, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales, meet financial goals, and manage budgets
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating elevated guest experiences
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with booking systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 pounds as required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day spa operations, including scheduling, appointments, and staff coordination
  • Lead, train, and motivate spa team members to deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals
  • Drive retail sales and service bookings through training, promotions, and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure all spa policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed
  • Provide a high level of guest service by greeting, assisting, and resolving concerns promptly and professionally
  • Manage booking systems, POS operations, and daily reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle guest inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate spa events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to increase engagement and revenue
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and support overall cost control efforts
  • Conduct cash handling procedures, including daily reconciliation and reporting
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards throughout the spa
  • Recruit, interview, and support onboarding of new spa team members
  • Stay current on industry trends and implement best practices
  • Promote environmentally friendly and sustainable spa practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned
