Job Summary: The Spa Guest Attendant has overall responsibility for monitoring and cleaning the spa to provide excellent guest satisfaction. Requirements
- We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary
- Desire to learn and grow
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Ability to stand, sit, walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean all assigned areas within prescribed standard guidelines.
- Maintain the inventory of all items placed in the spa.
- Maintain and rotate an adequate supply of clean linen and towels.
- Report any damaged or missing items or maintenance repair needs to your supervisor.
- Provide excellent customer service to everyone who enters and leaves spa facilities.
- Other duties as assigned
