Job Summary: The Spa Attendant provides positive and knowledgeable service to guests regarding spa services and procedures, and assists guests with locker room needs. The position is responsible for cleanliness of the spa facility, which includes lobby, restrooms, front desk, office, break room, treatment rooms and locker rooms.
Responsibilities
- Provides friendly and sincere guest service to internal and external guests.
- Assists guests with all locker room needs, including assigning lockers to guests, providing shower shoes and robes for guests, and assisting with guest requests.
- Responsible for all aspects of cleaning and maintaining the spa facility throughout the day, including lockers, sinks, toilets, mirrors, showers, counter tops, floors, woodwork, etc.
- Maintains linen supply throughout the day by collecting clean linens, and delivering soiled linens to Housekeeping.
- Restocks spa areas.
- Keeps indoor and outdoor areas free of trash.
- Daily set-up of any food or beverage items, and replenishment throughout the day.
- Listens and addresses guest concerns with appropriate action.
- Communicates any concerns to Spa Management.
