As a Spa Guest Services Attendant you are responsible for maintaining the spa locker room facilities, ensuring they are clean, neat and orderly and appropriately stocked with towels and toiletries. Requirements

You are at least 18 years old
You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
You have achieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
You are able to perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds
You are able to interact with guests in a friendly manner
You work well independently, take direction, are detail oriented and able to work successfully with others
You are able to maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment

Responsibilities

Monitoring locker rooms to ensure cleanliness and levels of stock for towels and toiletry items, as well as proper functioning of steam rooms, saunas, and whirlpools
Providing guests with tours of facility, highlighting spa amenities and services
Delivering dirty laundry and retrieves clean laundry from docking area, and fold towels, wash cloths, and sheets for guest and therapist use
Monitoring workout room and pool area to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of all equipment, as well as stock towels for guest use
Monitoring relaxation lounges to ensure cleanliness and proper levels of stock for fruit, tea, and water
