Provide tours as necessary. Responsible for the upkeep of spa locker rooms the replenishment of items available to guests utilizing the spa locker rooms. Maintain the cleanliness of the Fitness areas. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the Spa facility. To execute the standard of the Spa in the set-up of amenities and décor. Having excellent working knowledge of all positions, services, products, operations, systems, and procedures within the spa/salon. Knowledgeable about all Spa service treatments offered seasonal treatment promotions. Understands the basics of the spa menu and products to communicate knowledgably with guests. Assists staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to maintain the facility and prepare for special events. Provide the proper and safe guidance to our guests, residents, and their guests, to operate and care of all health club equipment including, gym equipment, free weights, bicycles, steam room and handicapped lift. Assist Members/Guests with use of sauna, steam, lap pool. Stocks related inventories to include linens and towels. Approach all encounters with members, guests, and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner. Positive attitude, service passion, & attention to detail. Enforce all Spa and Club policies. Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a demanding high-volume Spa/Salon environment or hotel/resort front desk experience is preferred.
- Must possess outstanding customer service, organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Operate standard office equipment.
- Knowledge of various wellness and healing treatments
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Must have professional appearance and grooming and follow dress code/uniform policies.
- Must be solution oriented and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Must be able to remain on feet standing and walking for entire shift from 4-8 hours
- Must be able to lift, carry, pull, and push objects weighting a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe.
- Must be able to work flexible schedules, extended hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Criminal and civil background clearance.
- Pre-employment drug screening.
