JOB SUMMARY Responsible for maintaining the reception, spa facilities and retail areas while providing a positive and friendly attitude. Assist with scheduling, answering phones, spa attending, check-in and out of appointments while partaking in genuine interactions that provide the highest level of guest service. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, helpful, and professional attitude with all guests and team members. Initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner. The ability to work in a fast paced and multi-task-oriented environment while being able to work reception and spa host interchangeably in one shift. Be able to schedule appointments in a timely manner with accuracy both in person and over the phone. Demonstrate computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft office programs including but not limited to Excel, Word, and Outlook. Handles the computer booking system and all cash handling procedures with accuracy and ease. Answer phones promptly and in a friendly way. Work well under pressure and ability to assist multiple guests at a time. Knowledge of all spa treatments, salon services, and retail items with the intent to suggest/upsell service offerings to best tailor the client’s needs. The ability to suggest, sell and provide detailed descriptions of spa services and retail items. Maintain par levels and stock items in the reception area and back spa when needed Ability to perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
