Description Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining the reception and retail areas of the Spa while providing a positive and friendly attitude. Assist with scheduling, answering phones, check-in and out of appointments while partaking in genuine interactions that provide the highest level of guest service. Essential Job Functions: Provide courteous guest service to all guests. Must be able to initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be multi task oriented. Must be able to work well with others and as a team. Schedules appointments accurately. Must be able to handle the computer system and all cash handling procedures. Answer phones promptly and friendly. Must be able to work well under pressure and handle multiple guests at one time. Knowledge of all spa treatments, salon services and retail items. Stock brochures at front desk. Restock retail items. Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager. Participate and attend in all training classes and staff meetings.
