Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the daily spa schedule and ensure smooth guest flow
- Drive sales through thoughtful gift card and retail recommendations
- Deliver a consistently positive and memorable guest experience
- Support the General Manager and spa leadership team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared spa environment
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
