About The Position

At Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort’s Ocean Tides Spa , the Spa Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional and memorable guest experience. This position ensures a warm, polished, and seamless arrival for every guest while expertly managing scheduling, guest communication, retail support, and daily administrative functions. Through attentive service and thoughtful care, the Spa Coordinator upholds Omni’s commitment to genuine hospitality, elevated luxury, and personalized wellness experiences.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, or luxury customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with scheduling or POS systems.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Comfortable working in a spa environment with varying temperatures and aromas.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all spa guests warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their visit.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding services, pricing, and availability.
  • Accurately schedule spa appointments and confirm reservations.
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a calm, professional spa environment aligned with luxury service standards.
  • Manage the spa booking system, daily appointment flow, and therapist schedules.
  • Process payments, post charges, and balance daily transactions accurately.
  • Support opening and closing procedures for the spa reception area.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception, locker rooms, and retail displays.
  • Monitor inventory of retail and operational supplies; notify leadership of replenishment needs.
  • Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
  • Assist with merchandising and maintaining visually appealing product displays.
  • Support achievement of spa revenue goals through service and retail recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with spa therapists, attendants, and resort leadership.
  • Support a positive team culture aligned with Omni’s core values and service expectations.
  • Assist with special events, promotions, and seasonal programming as needed.
