Requirements

• A polished, professional, and service-oriented demeanor
• Minimum 1 year of spa experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years in luxury retail or hospitality strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of luxury skincare brands and services is a plus

• Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a lasting first impression
• Manage appointments, respond to inquiries, and handle scheduling with precision
• Provide informed recommendations on spa treatments and exclusive product lines
• Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, anticipating client needs
• Keep the spa environment clean, polished, and aligned with brand standards
• Support skincare sales by sharing knowledge of our premium brands and enhancing at-home regimens
