As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of a Spa Concierge is to provide exceptional customer service and serve as the initial point of contact for guests visiting the spa. This role plays a crucial role in creating and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that guests feel valued and well taken care of throughout their spa experience. The key responsibility of this role is to maintain a high level of organization and efficiency and accurately schedule and coordinate appointments for various spa services, taking into account the guests' preferences and requirements. This role contributes to the overall success of the spa by ensuring that guests have a pleasant and rejuvenating experience. Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa is widely recognized as one of the finest resorts in the Birmingham area and all of central Alabama. Affectionately known as "The Castle", the resort has recently undergone a beautiful renovation, a pool expansion, and the onsite golf course is the fifth-longest course in the world and a destination for golfers from around the world. The newly renovated is spa over 12,000 sq ft with 11 treatment rooms, with 50-110 minute services. With 2 gender separate relaxation rooms.
