About The Position
Responsible for greeting all guests that come to the Salon, Spa, Spa Podium and Fitness center and assisting them with requests or services. Excellent guest relations skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with guests and co-workers. Excellent telephone etiquette. Computer literate. Detail-oriented, team player. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well under pressure. Knowledge of the city.
