Lead hiring, scheduling, and ongoing education for licensed spa professionals—we grow talent from within. Collaborate with hotel sales to drive spa revenue through group business partnerships. Own your P&L like a pro—prepare budgets, track results, and steer toward profitability. Manage inventory, retail, and product supply so the shelves are always stocked and the spa runs smoothly. Drive marketing efforts, both online and in the community, to keep our spas buzzing with guests. What We Are Looking For: Supervisory Spa Experience: At least one year leading a spa or salon team—because this role is about coaching and lifting others. Financial Acumen: You’ll speak confidently about revenue, budgets, and spa profitability—it’s not just wellness, it’s a business. Strong Tech Skills: From spreadsheets to systems, you’ll use digital tools to streamline operations and improve results.
