Own your P&L like a pro—prepare budgets, track results, and steer toward profitability. Manage inventory, retail, and product supply so the shelves are always stocked and the spa runs smoothly. Drive marketing efforts, both online and in the community, to keep our spas buzzing with guests. What We Are Looking For: Supervisory Spa Experience: At least one year leading a spa or salon team—because this role is about coaching and lifting others.
