Job SummaryPosition SummaryThe Sous Chef plays an important role in supporting culinary operations at Lumen Field. This position works closely with the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and culinary leadership team to execute high-quality food production for game days, concerts, and special events.This is a hands-on role responsible for preparing and executing menu items while maintaining Levy’s standards for food quality, safety, and consistency. The Sous Chef supports kitchen operations by ensuring preparation, organization, and service run efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
