About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field; candidates without a degree should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail, especially in critical or high impact scenarios.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to engineers, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Flexibility to thrive in fast-moving, dynamic environments where priorities shift and urgency matters.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of experience in aerospace or defense procurement or supply chain management with direct procurement experience or custom build top print components (not indirect).
• Proficiency with ERP systems and purchasing or planning functions.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proven success negotiating supplier agreements and managing cross-functional NPI projects.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFAR contracting environments.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup or rapid-scale manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze customer needs, identify product fit, and propose viable supply chain solutions.
• Experience working within systems with strict cyber security and/or document control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing efforts for the Atlas program, driving supplier selection, negotiation, and long-term partnership development aligned to program goals.
• Own end-to-end supply chain execution from procurement strategy through PO acknowledgement, with a focus on cost, quality, and schedule optimization.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, leveraging performance data and metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Provide tactical support on customer and supplier contracts, including terms review and issue resolution.
• Act as the primary interface between suppliers and customers, ensuring clear alignment on requirements, timelines, and quality standards throughout the supply chain.
• Support cross-functional new product introduction (NPI) projects, contributing to sourcing strategy and communicating schedule risks to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Atlas Supplier Ops, Hadrian Factory Go to Market, Atlas Quality and Hadrian Supply Chain to resolve supply chain issues and execute against program requirements.
