The Strategic Sourcing Manager acts as a Strategic Advisor and Category Architect, serving as the critical bridge between our internal business units and the global supplier ecosystem. By deeply understanding our business partners' roadmaps and long-term objectives, you will partner with them to develop a category strategy to obtain their goals and drive innovation in a timely manner. Your mission is to move beyond transactional sourcing to build a category management framework where every spend area is managed as a strategic portfolio that fuels operational resilience and long-term business success. The Strategic Sourcing Manager is a high-visibility role requiring a unique blend of strategic vision and tactical precision. You will strongly represent the Strategic Sourcing department in company meetings, interacting with cross-functional departments to define and strategically leverage spending.
