In the Sourcing Coordinator position, you’ll own day-to-day, tactical escalations, helping ensure service issues are resolved quickly, fairly, and consistently while supporting ticket- and case-level service provider negotiations with urgency, sound judgment, and a strong customer focus. You’ll play an important role in sharing insights that drive a stronger service supply chain by managing time-sensitive issues, maintaining accurate data and documentation, and identifying trends that inform future process and supplier improvements. Skills Needed: Negotiates for Results – Navigates tough negotiations with finesse, securing wins without straining relationships. Quickly earns stakeholders’ trust, balancing assertiveness with diplomacy.
