Sourcing and Procurement Specialist

Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry – Manitowoc, WI At Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry, we believe great manufacturing starts with strong partnerships and smart sourcing decisions. We are looking for a Sourcing and Procurement Specialist who enjoys solving supply chain challenges, building supplier relationships, and helping keep production running smoothly. This position will support both our Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry operations and our All American 1930 division, giving you the opportunity to contribute to multiple areas of our business and work across a diverse manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or a related field
• Demonstrate experience with strategic sourcing and supplier management
• Possess strong negotiation and cost management skills
• Have experience working with purchasing systems and ERP platforms
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, and Production
• Apply supply risk management and problem-solving skills to support operational needs
• Maintain strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities

Responsibilities

• Source and procure new materials, components, and machining and coating services to support make-to-stock and make-to-order manufacturing operations and project requirements
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers capable of meeting technical, quality, delivery, and capacity requirements
• Lead supplier negotiations, including pricing, lead times, payment terms, and contractual agreements
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and project launches by coordinating sourcing activities with Engineering, Quality, and Project Management
