About The Position

About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Sourcer to help identify, engage, and build pipelines of top talent across a variety of roles. In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage top of funnel sourcing efforts.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
  • Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, job boards, or ATS platforms
  • Strong written communication skills, especially for candidate outreach
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience sourcing for technical, product, or hard-to-fill roles
  • Familiarity with diversity sourcing techniques and tools
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking sourcing metrics

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound applicants and identify suitable candidates
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, referrals, and other creative channels
  • Conduct outreach to passive candidates and manage follow-ups to drive engagement
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Screen resumes and profiles to assess skills, experience, and role fit
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
  • Track and manage candidate activity in the ATS or CRM
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through inclusive sourcing strategies
  • Share market insights, sourcing metrics, and pipeline updates with recruiting partners
