About The Position

As a Sommelier at our restaurant, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality dining experience by providing exceptional service to guests within your assigned section. This role demands efficiency, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and a commitment to meeting the standards of our service protocol. Sommeliers are leaders of pristine wine service and cultivators of an elevated dining experience. In addition to wine service, a sommelier uses their skills and knowledge to create wine lists, coordinate food pairings, facilitate wine education, and more. In fact, sommeliers are often responsible for the entire beverage selection, including beer, sake, spirits, and cocktails. Nestled in the heart of the majestic Rocky Mountains, CP Restaurant Group has been a cornerstone of Aspen, Colorado’s vibrant dining scene since 2003. Our journey began with the opening of our flagship restaurant, The Wild Fig, a cozy yet sophisticated establishment that quickly became a beloved destination for locals and visitors alike.
