The Busser is a key player in enhancing our guests’ dining experience, responsible for maintaining a clean and well-organized dining area. This role supports the service team by ensuring that tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, be well-organized, and possess excellent situational awareness. Responsibilities: Assist in delivering a superior dining experience by exceeding guest expectations and anticipating their needs. Provide a friendly greeting to guests with a warm, sincere smile. Handle guest challenges with tact and patience, ensuring issues are resolved to the guest’s satisfaction. Support the service team by assisting with the setup, service, and cleanup of food and beverages. Adhere to all service protocols, including managing special dietary needs and allergy precautions. Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations, following all cleaning and sanitation procedures. Complete all tasks according to the guidelines and standards set out in the Employee Handbook. Work cooperatively with all team members to foster a collaborative work environment. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and ensure efficient operations.
