About the role: The Solutions Program Manager oversees North America modernization and asset renewal sales targets, driving market-level growth through strategic goal setting, digital insights, and proactive engagement. This role supports sellers working directly with building owners/operators to facilitate equipment replacement projects and ensure successful scope development. Collaboration with Sales Leadership, Area Managers, Solution Development Engineers, and Sellers is essential to align with growth goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 + years of Business Development and/or Sales Operations experience
  • 3 + years of experience in service management software, CRM platforms, and/or data analytics.
  • Willingness to travel within the United States and Canada (25%-50%)

  • Master’s Degree
  • Experience Salesforce preferred
  • Commercial HVAC or related industry strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership in large-scale programs/projects.
  • Experience in scope development for capital planning and asset replacement projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills; fluent in Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong organizational management and communication skills for multi-market coordination and leadership reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Program Development & Growth Execution: Set and execute clear, measurable market-level goals aligned with business objectives. Track adoption rates and adjust strategies to meet growth targets. Conduct ongoing market reviews to capture needs and identify trends. Develop and manage a comprehensive opportunity target list. Leverage Salesforce for pipeline, opportunity, and performance tracking.
  • Sales Enablement & Program Adoption: Partner with Sales and Solution Development teams to create and refine sales tools (scripts, brochures, proposal templates). Provide direct sales support, facilitating opportunities, scope development, and equipment replacement projects.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Reporting: Lead initiatives to enhance project growth and profitability. Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports. Communicate program objectives and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders. Foster accountability and innovation by soliciting feedback and facilitating idea exchange across service departments.

  • The annual salary for this position is between $143,250 – $200,750
  • Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
  • This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
