Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of relevant technologies and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in cross-functional team environments.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support during pre- and post-sales activities to ensure smooth solution adoption.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to deeply understand customer requirements.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals and documentation that reinforce solution value.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and technical standards in all deliverables.
  • Support the Sales team in achieving revenue and growth targets through technical excellence.
