  • 7+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Proven expertise in: Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, Modern technology frameworks, Business operations and global technology trends.
  • Proficiency in: Client-side and server-side JavaScript frameworks, NoSQL databases, Microservices and API integration.
  • Deep understanding of: Code review processes, Layered solution design, Security protocols (access control, authentication), Secure software development lifecycle (SDLC), Cloud-scale data ingestion.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and consensus-building skills.
  • Design thinking approach.
  • Test-driven development mindset.
  • Adaptability in dynamic environments.
