About The Position

We’re looking for a customer-focused Solutions Enablement Manager to help existing clients implement and operationalize Datassential’s data services within their own systems. This team provides data and custom UI services that help clients operationalize Datassential’s data within their own systems and workflows. In this role, you’ll work directly with existing customers to understand how they want to use Datassential data and help determine the best way to deliver and integrate it into their processes. You’ll guide data service initiatives such as CRM matching, data integrations, and Snowflake connections, ensuring customers understand the value of these services and how they support their goals. You’ll partner closely with Customer Success and internal technical teams to scope enablement initiatives and define project goals, while Project Coordinators manage the operational execution and delivery of the work.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing role such as customer success, implementation, technical account management, or data operations.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, data integrations, or analytics/data platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with SaaS data products or analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Snowflake, SQL, Jira, or Salesforce.
  • Experience supporting data delivery, integrations, or customer implementations.
  • Knowledge of the foodservice industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery conversations with existing clients to understand their goals, technical environments, and how Datassential data can support their internal systems and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to expand use of Datassential data services such as CRM matching, data integrations, and Snowflake connections.
  • Define the scope, goals, and success criteria for enablement initiatives before handing execution to Project Coordinators and technical teams.
  • Serve as the primary client partner during the planning phase of enablement projects, ensuring solutions align with customer needs and expected outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal data, product, and engineering teams to design solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Provide guidance and context to Project Coordinators who manage the operational execution of client implementations.
  • Partner with Customer Success to identify opportunities where Datassential’s data services can help customers operationalize our data within their own systems.
