About The Position

The Channel Enablement and Solutions Manager is responsible for enabling channel partner success through program execution, digital solutions, and operational excellence. This role serves as a key owner of channel enablement programs and tools, ensuring distributors are supported with the right processes, data, and technology to drive growth and improve the partner experience. In addition to managing core channel programs such as Business Development Funds (BDFs) and distributor visibility, this role expands into digital enablement—promoting, integrating, and tracking adoption of channel tools including BidMan, Direct Connect, data syndication, APIs, and channel inventory enablement solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analysis, finance or sales analytics
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a commercial or finance role with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
  • Strong understanding of channel programs, distributor operations and enablement strategies
  • Experience managing incentive programs, approvals and vendor relationships
  • Ability to translate digital solutions into clear value for channel partners
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and comfortable managing high volume, time-sensitive workflows
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited institution or a Master’s degree and/or five (5) years of experience in data/sales analytics
  • Experience exposure to internal and external audits and importance of compliance
  • Working knowledge of Vista, SAP, Sales Reporting, QlikView, Business Explorer and EDAP’s Oracle Sales Cloud
  • Experience working with large data sets

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Business Development Funds (BDFs) for the Eaton Distributor Advantage Program (EDAP), ensuring compliance with program guidelines
  • Administer BDF allocations, claims, audits and approvals, and serve as the primary contact for BDF budgets and utilization
  • Partner with channel marketing to drive strategic, effective use of BDF investment
  • Ensure EDAP distributors are properly set up for payment and resolve related issues
  • Manage the Staples order approval process, including merchandising programs, distributor kits, and vendor coordination
  • Support additional distributor incentive programs as needed
  • Drive distributor adoption of digital channel tools by promoting, enabling and tracking participation
  • Lead enablement for Integrated BidMan and Direct Connect Advantage solutions, including data syndication, API integrations and channel inventory enablement
  • Monitor program and tool adoption metrics, identify gaps and recommend improvements to increase utilization and value
  • Act as a liaison between distributors and internal teams to resolve issues related to digital tools and integrations
  • Manage distributor-facing content on the MyEaton portal and support IT-led platform enhancements
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support partner enablement and program success
  • Support change management initiatives tied to new tools, processes and enhancements
