About The Position

As a Solution Consultant focused on accommodation technology, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by supporting our sales efforts and translating complex hospitality business requirements into compelling, tailored technology solutions that demonstrate clear ROI for accommodation providers. You'll work collaboratively with prospects, sales teams, onboarding specialists, and product experts to deliver consultative insights that showcase the transformative value of Access solutions across the accommodation sector. In this strategic position, you'll bridge technical and commercial expertise whilst leading customer discovery sessions and delivering engaging demonstrations that uncover client pain points and align our accommodation technology solutions to their operational needs. You'll also play a crucial role in shaping product evolution by collaborating with development teams to ensure customer challenges drive innovation, whilst creating compelling digital assets and proof-of-concept solutions that accelerate the sales cycle and support revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Hospitality Technology Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of hotel and accommodation operations with hands-on experience in hospitality technology, including booking engines, channel managers, guest communication platforms, and system integrations
  • Pre-Sales & Consulting Background: Proven track record in pre-sales, consulting, or sales roles within the hospitality or accommodation technology sector, with demonstrable success in translating business requirements into technical solutions
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation abilities with experience delivering compelling demonstrations to C-level executives, operations managers, and technical teams across the accommodation industry
  • Commercial Acumen & Project Management: Strong business understanding with ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, contribute to revenue targets, and support complex sales cycles from discovery through to contract signature
  • Professional Flexibility & Growth Mindset: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with evolving hospitality technology trends and market dynamics.
  • Candidates must reside within the Eastern or Central time zones to ensure alignment with our core business hours and effective collaboration with our team.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship, now or in the future, is required for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Demonstration: Translate accommodation business requirements into proposed technology solutions, prepare tailored demo environments with client-specific hospitality workflows, and configure software to demonstrate proof-of-concept solutions
  • Client Engagement & Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and webinars to hospitality clients, support sales meetings with technical expertise, and lead discovery sessions to uncover operational pain points
  • Proposal Development & Documentation: Contribute to RFIs and RFPs with detailed, client-tailored responses, assist in creating scope-of-work documentation, and collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure seamless project handovers
  • Sales Enablement & Content Creation: Develop video content and digital assets to support sales efforts, create compelling case studies and demonstration materials that showcase solution value across different accommodation types
  • Market Intelligence & Product Advocacy: Work with product teams to communicate customer feedback and market trends, educate internal teams on new product enhancements, and maintain expertise in emerging hospitality technology solutions
