Position summary The Technical Solutions Architect drives the solution development process during capture and proposal activities for new opportunities and recompetes. This position works closely with Client Solutions Managers, Proposal Managers, and delivery teams to design innovative, compliant, and competitive solutions for federal, state, and local RFPs, RFQs, and contract vehicles. This role requires strong analytical, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills to translate complex technical solutions into clear, compelling, and compliant proposal content. The Technical Solutions Architect ensures that Nava’s solutions are aligned with customer needs, government compliance requirements (FedRAMP, FISMA, Section 508), and industry best practices in human-centered design, cloud computing, and cybersecurity, among others.
