We are recruiting a Solution Manager - Monetization to help publisher, streaming platforms, and content owners maximize revenue from their video content. Role Overview As a Solution Manager - Monetization, your mission is to define how OTT platforms, broadcasters, and sport right holders can generate and optimize revenue from their video offerings. You will focus first on customer needs, then on the solutions that enable them, from dynamic ad insertion to FAST channels and advances monetization workflows. You can translate customer revenue challenges into strategic solutions, working closely with Product Owners and R&D to ensure that the roadmap aligns with market opportunities and customer expectations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in OTT monetization, broadcasting, or video content platforms;
  • Strong knowledge of DAI, FAST channels, ad-supported workflows, and video revenue models;
  • Proven ability to turn customer revenue challenges into innovative, actionable solutions;
  • Experience in product or solution management with market-facing responsibility;
  • Strategic mindset with deep awareness of market trends, opportunities, and customer needs;
  • Collaborative and influential, able to engage cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders effectively;
  • Passionate about innovation, driving impact and open to diverse perspectives.

  • Dive deep into their monetization workflows, uncover pain points, and spot new growth opportunities;
  • Shape the vision and positioning of our monetization solutions, ensuring they deliver real business impact;
  • Partner with Product Owners and R&D to bring solutions to life that truly meet customer revenue goals;
  • Explore new markets and customer segments to fuel business expansion;
  • Empower sales and pre-sales teams by validating that our solutions solve real-world revenue challenges.
